The Broome Turf Club is carved out of bushland at picturesque Gantheaume Point, just a stone’s throw from world-famous Cable Beach. This idyllic location perched on the Broome peninsula is surrounded by the Indian Ocean and benefits from the constant cool breezes which are a welcome relief in the hot and humid climate of the Kimberley. The Race Round runs from May to August each year. Don’t miss this exciting and unforgettable Broome experience. Catch the Be Bus and be part of the racing action.

GETTING HOME: The Turf Club provide buses from approximately 5pm after the last race to get you safely back to town – Free of Charge. This service is not run by us, and any lost property enquiries should be directed to Broome Turf Club.
